Xmas Cutoff Dates
To ensure your order is received by Christmas, orders must be placed by:
- 9am 19th December when selecting express shipping method (excluding WA & NT)
- 9am 14th December 2022 for WA & NT when selecting express shipping method

Pricing
Wilder The Label reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice. Wilder reserves the right to cancel orders or charge the excess due to transactions not completed naturally.
Handling
The order will be dispatched within Two Business Days via Australia Post.
Shipping
Wilder The Label ship to all addresses (incl. PO boxes) within the Australia.
Some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.
Under normal circumstances Australia Post will deliver within (please allow an additional two days for handling):
Within NSW: 2–5 business days
Outside NSW: 3–6 business days
Once items have been dispatched, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the customers’ responsibility to lodge an investigation with Australia Post. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
