Order Confirmation via Email
Once you have placed an order via the website you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Please ensure your delivery details are correct before submitting as this cannot be changed once an order is placed.
For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, a fee of $10 for repacking and re-delivery will be charged.
For orders to a place of work, please include the business name to ensure it arrives promptly.
When purchasing online, colours may vary from screen to actual product purchased. If you are unsure about the colour or look of a certain product, please email email@example.com for assistance.

Unused items in their original condition may be returned or exchanged once approved by our Customer Service Team within 14 days of receiving the product.

As Wilder The Label is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail.
Wilder The Label does not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind outside of the Wilder 100% Satisfaction Guarantee window or on items that are on sale.
Refunds are provided if the product is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate style is unavailable for exchange.
Refunds will be processed using the original tender type.
Sale items and samples are not returnable or refundable.
Please note that Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process.
All our styles advertised should be in stock. Very occasionally we may unexpectedly run out of a style and if this happens, we will offer a refund or exchange.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Please ensure all details are correct as once an order is placed no changes or cancellations can be made.
All products are checked prior to posting. Should a product be faulty Wilder The Label will replace the goods. You have up to thirty (30) days, from the date your order arrives, to notify Wilder The Label regarding an issue with your purchase along with a photo of the fault.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs.
However, we are unable to offer free delivery for 'change of mind' returns or exchanges.
